Lance W. Kupisch graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree on the 10th day of June, 1972. He then attended the University of Tulsa College of Law, and graduated with a Jurist Doctor Degree on December 22, 1974, and is licensed in the State of Oklahoma and the State of Illinois. His practice encompasses corporate, real estate and family law. He enjoys a professional law partnership in the law firm of Kupisch & Carbon, Ltd., in Bensenville, Illinois, and has practiced law for over 30 years. His expertise includes business sales and purchases, 1031 exchanges, and large number of both business and residential real estate closings per year. He also serves as legal counsel to a number of multi-million dollar companies, and has successfully represented hundreds of clients in court.


Steven C. Carbon has been a trial and transactional attorney since 1986 and is a long standing principle in the Kupisch & Carbon, Ltd. lawfirm. He is a 1980 graduate of University of Arizona business school, and a 1986 graduate of John Marshall Law School. He has probably litigated over 1,000 criminal and civil trials, closed thousands of real estate transactions, negotiated thousands of contracts, incorporated or started up and represented thousands of corporations, LLC's, partnership and businesses, and prepared thousands of will and trusts.

The litigation experience gives him an aggressive attitude and performance, and his transactional and estate experience give him an empathetic feel for clients. Mr. Carbon feels as comfortable in the Courtroom as the "Boardroom", and as comfortable in the Criminal Courts as the Civil Courts.

Aggressiveness, determination, discipline, persistence, hard work and accessibility are long standing traits.

He has represented many clients from their first traffic ticket, through a DUI or criminal matter, through their civil litigation, through major real estate acquisitions, through putting businesses and their estates in order through all points in between.

Brian C. Walker was born to a Military Family in 1954, and subsequently went to College at the University of Wisconsin where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, a Master of Science degree in vocational rehabilitation, and then worked for ten years as a vocational rehabilitation specialist. While performing his career in rehabilitation he worked with physically disabled traumaticaly physically disabled individuals, and assisted they as well as the medical team in focusing goals and efforts at returning physically disabled people to a working and productive life.

As well as performing direct services for physically injured people, Mr. Walker also during this time period functioned as an expert witness both for Plaintiff and Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Walker graduated from Loyola University of Chicago in 1989, and was immediately admitted to the Bar of Illinois. Mr. Walker has also been admitted to the Federal Trial Bar for the Northern District of Illinois, he has been admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the Federal District Court in the Central District of Illinois.

Mr. Walker has practiced for over fifteen years as a trial attorney on behalf of injured parties.
Mr. Walker has presented trials to juries in Cook County, DuPage County, Will County, as well the Federal District Court, in the Northern District of Illinois and the Central District of Illinois. Mr. Walker has achieved substantial awards on behalf of his clients over the years.

Mr. Walker is also conversive in Real Estate law, and other aspects of civil litigation.

Mr. Walker is a member of the National Distinguished Service Registry in Rehabilitation, and National Association of Rehabilitation Professionals in the private sector, the Illinois Bar Association in DuPage County, and is past president of the Northern District of Illinois Rehabilitation Association.
